Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

This cake is so good, you'll think about it after you go to bed and drool on your pillow:
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Combine flour, soda, and sugar in large bowl, add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Add peanut butter mixture and mix well by hand. Pour batter into greased and floured 13x9x2 pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool and frost with this yummylicious frosting:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 butter or margarine
1/3 cup milk
4-5 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan;cook over medium heat until smooth, stirring constantly (it's deja vu all over again). Remove from heat, add 4 cups powdered sugar and vanilla, stirring until frosting is spreading consistency. Add more powdered sugar
if you prefer a thicker frosting.
Note: If you have a husband like mine, you better cut and hide half of this or you won't get your fair share.
